Breakfast is served in the kitchen area at Villa Lili our siste hotel from 8:00 am until 10:00 am (coffee from 7:30 am). Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.

Check-in is at 2:00 pm. We will inform you upon arrival if your room is available earlier.

Check-out is at 12:00 pm. A late checkout may be possible upon request.

Air-conditioner:  turn it on, use the remote control provided in your room.

• Temperature: Select your desired temperature using the adjustment buttons on the remote

The recommended temperature range for comfort is between 22°C (72°F) and 24°C (75°F).

Use the mode button to switch between cooling or fan modes as needed.

• ​Energy Conservation:

Please turn off the air conditioner when you leave the room to help conserve energy.

Close windows and doors while the air conditioner is running for optimal efficiency.

• Maintenance:

The air conditioner is regularly serviced to ensure it operates efficiently. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately.

• Remote Control:

Please keep the remote control on the bedside table or desk to avoid misplacing it.

 

Fan: Adjust the fan speed using the control button to achieve the most comfortable room environment.

We have our own craft beer brewery on-site! Enjoy our Biercito Cerveza Artesanal on tap or bottled in the bar area. We offer an honor system where you may serve and record your own drinks from the refrigerator in the bar.

 

Payment: We do not accept credit cards. Your bill can be paid in cash (pesos, dollars, or euros), PayPal (5.3% extra commission), or by local bank transfer (for accounts located in the European Union, USA, UK, or Australia – please speak to us for details).

 

Smoking is not permitted inside your room. However, you may enjoy a smoke on the balcony or in the bar area.

To avoid mosquitoes at night, use the provided plug-in repellent device in your room. Insert a fresh mat every night for optimal function.

​

The colored towels in your room may be taken to the beach.

​

When returning from the beach, please rinse the sand off your feet in the shower beside the bamboo trees before entering your room.

 

Water Conservation: To help conserve water, please place your towels on the floor if you need them replaced. Puerto Escondido faces challenges with its potable water supply, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us protect the environment.

 

Earplugs are provided for your convenience.

 

Your room is equipped with a personal safe. We advise using it for your valuables.

• To open or close the safe, insert your key and turn the knob.

• To lock the safe, simply close the door and turn the knob.

Key Responsibility: You are responsible for your keys at all times. We do not provide a key holding service.

When entering or leaving the property, please ensure the main gate is locked.

 

If you wish to bring visitors onto the property, please register them with us beforehand.

 

If you are satisfied with our service, our employees would greatly appreciate gratuities, which can be left with us upon payment of your bill. These will be shared equally among our kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
